Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.

How long does it typically take for your products to be dispatched?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched within 1-2 business days after processing. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you’ve placed your order, we recommend you avoid changing your billing or shipping information. However, if you need to make changes, please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@immersehq.co.uk as soon as possible during the order processing stage. If your package has not been dispatched yet, we can update your details. Once the package has been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while it's in transit.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes, we provide invoices. Once we receive your order and the payment has been processed, we will send the invoice to your email address.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

After we receive your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email notifying you that your payment has been successfully processed and your order is confirmed.

Do I need to open an account to shop on your website?

No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can simply check out as a guest by providing the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order.

Is it safe to use my banking and card details on your website?

Yes, shopping on our website is completely safe. We use leading payment gateway providers that are Verisign Secured and PCI Compliant. Your banking and card details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by us after the order is completed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number. If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated in the courier’s system.
