I had Been looking for a fish tank staircase for awhile and had settled on the Hyte Y40 in Black(i know this is the red one but at the time of this review, the black was removed from sale due to being out of stock!) I found a few sellers online as well as Amazon and they all had the price for the black model inflated most of them being over £150!
I found immersehq because they seemed to be the only company that hadn’t blown up the price and i soon found out it’s because they care about their customers!
It’s because a great experience ordering my Hyte Y40 case from immersehq! I was contacted personally by Matthew (sales director) and he personally took care of my order. He kept me updated with my tracking, and even showed genuine interest into my purchase. I felt comfortable and confident that i was getting a good service. For context, my order was placed on Sunday evening, i received serval emails from Matt, and the case was delivered Tuesday morning. It was faster than amazon could deliver my new fans(non prime member)
Overall a great service and i would order from them again without hesitation. They are a newer company, and are building their stock and brand deals, but i have high hopes they will be competing at the top in short time.
